A women’s health practice who sees (and treats) the whole you.
Dr. Norris specializes in women’s health services, hormonal balance, skin health, and more.

Why naturopathic medicine?
(and what even is that?)
When you become frustrated with the long wait times, too-short appointments, excessive pharmaceuticals, and limited scope of conventional (allopathic) medicine…
You start seeking alternatives. Naturally!
Once you do, however, you often find yourself lost in an overwhelming cluster of conflicting advice, murky science, and a lack of compassion for the day-to-day realities of modern life.
A Naturopathic Doctor (ND) is trained at a federally accredited, 4-year post-graduate medical school. They receive training in the same medical sciences as an MD (pharmaceuticals, imaging, labs, etc.), with additional studies in herbal medicine, nutrition, counseling, homeopathy, and more.
Our mission is to restore health and promote wellness in people using the safest, most effective, and least invasive therapies available.*
*By the way—we believe this knowledge should be accessible to ALL doctors. Dr. Norris is actively working with both medical schools and the California legislature to make that a reality.
Instead of sending you to a different specialist for every aspect of your health or limiting you to a narrow, outdated version of women’s health, Naturopathic Medicine sees you as a single, whole being whose health is impacted by several intersecting forces.
In our virtual office, we’ll explore ALL the things, and put together a holistic treatment plan to bring you back into balance.

A doctor who sees (and treats) the whole picture.

Pediatrics
Integrative and holistic treatments for skin conditions, digestive concerns, mood support, and more for your child.
Skin health
Holistic treatments for acne, eczema, and psoriasis. A holistic, multi-faceted approach to all factors affecting your skin health.
Period Help
Pain is not synonymous with being female.
Your heavy & painful periods are BOTH treatable, naturally.
Fertility
Support for people who are trying to conceive naturally. This can be alongside your gynecologist or RE or prior to seeing them.

Despite the discouraging experiences you may have had in the past, your hormone-related health issues ARE TOTALLY TREATABLE.
The problem is that treating issues like PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, and the hormone “combination platter”—gut issues + acne + cramps + fatigue + depression + brain fog—requires a holistic approach—an approach most gynecologists aren’t equipped to offer.
It’s not because they’re against a more holistic approach (usually). It’s just that the options available to them—and by extension, to you—are limited to what they know: birth control & pharmaceuticals.
*Both of those modalities have their place, by the way. We have plenty of patients who come to us on hormonal birth control, antidepressants, or other medications, and during our work together we agree that staying on those medications is the best way forward.
It’s just that there’s a lot of other things we can do, too. Things that regulate your hormones naturally. Things that you can do yourself, noninvasively. Things that address the underlying cause of “untreatable” conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, and mood issues.
Hint: reducing your stress levels? Probably going to be on the menu. 🤗
You need access to ALL of those options in order to make an informed decision about your health & your body. And that’s what I can help you explore.
A good doctor will welcome the addition of an expert to co-manage your care and work with you to establish the best, most effective treatment plan. (If you don’t feel like your current doctor would be open to this, it might be time to look for a new doctor.)
Bottom line—we can treat what you’ve got.
